Elementary Student Government

The elementary student council is made up of two grade level representatives from 1st-5th  grades and officers that are voted on by their peers.  Officers must be in the 4th or 5th grade.  The officer positions are President, Vice President, Chaplin, Secretary, and Publicist.  Three elementary staff members are also council representatives.

Student Council meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month.  This year’s council was put in charge of the ACSI Celebration for our teachers, the Leap Day celebration for our elementary students, and Spirit Week; as well as assisting during our Christmas and Grandparent’s Day Chapels.  Our council also participates in a ministry project which takes place in April.  This year’s ministry will be to assist Mr. Mayberry in cleaning up the school grounds.
