- Regular Safety Drills are performed to include:
- Fire, Tornado, and Lock Down
- Classroom doors remain locked throughout the day.
- Secure entrance to campus.
- We encourage parent volunteers.
- There are several athletic participation activities available to our students:
- 4th and 5th graders may participate in the following sports (depending on their age)
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Cross Country
- 1st through 5th graders may participate in cheerleading.
- 5th graders may participate in Soccer.
- All of our students are taken on fieldtrips throughout the year. Here are some examples of trips taken:
- K and 1st grade: Alpha and Omega Corn Maze, Kaladium North (formerly Sci Works)
- 2nd grade: Live performance, Old Salem
- 3rd grade: Mission trip to the Toy Store for Jesus, Allison Woods Outdoor Learning Center
- 4th grade: Washington, DC, Ft. Dobbs, Reed's Gold Mine
- 5th grade: Asheboro Zoo
