- Regular Safety Drills are performed to include:
- Fire, Tornado, and Lock Down
- Secure campus; all exterior doors locked.
- We encourage parent volunteers at lunch and during athletic events.
- There are several athletic participation activities available to our students:
- Middle school teams offered in the following sports:
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Cross Country
- Soccer
- Cheerleading
- Flag Football
- Tennis
- Soccer (girls 7-12)
- Tennis (7-12)
- Baseball (7-12)
- All upper school students have the opportunity to go on educational trips.
- Eighth grade students travel to Washington DC at the end of the school year
- Winterim is a special educational experience held in late February. Middle school students have one Winterim class in the afternoon. Winterim classes are hands-on,
experiential learning classes led by SCS teachers or local community members.
